Saturday, April 24, 2010, is the date of our annual Clarke College Alumni Association homecoming!
Dr. Woodrow Burt, Clarke College graduate, former Clarke Dean of Men, and currently President of Hannibal Lagrange College (Baptist college) in Hannibal, Missouri, will be our featured speaker.
We hope to hold our meeting in the old Lott Fine Arts building on the campus of Central Mississippi Residential Care Center, but we are unable to confirm that at this time.
Additional details need to be finalized, but our meeting will follow the same basic format as in previous years. I would love to see at least 100 of you as we gather again in Newton. Please make plans to attend!
*Information for 70's Class
Gaye Napier called the lady at Days Inn in Newton about reservations for April. She said if we make reservations under Clarke College the rooms would be $55.00 plus tax. Gaye told the lady that all the 70's classes wanted to be on the ground floor. So if you are in the 70's group please mention you are from the 70's classes era and Days Inn will book the rooms together.
